PROTOTYPE PILOTS · CLIMATE-TECH FOR INDUSTRIAL CREWS

Climate control gear
for tough jobsites.

We are developing heating and cooling outerwear with app control and manager telemetry for the people who build the world.

Designed for shift work.

A connected outer-layer prototype for field research. We are measuring thermal performance, wearability, noise, runtime, and control behavior before making production claims.

How it works

Prototype system: sensors, thermal modules, and control electronics.

Prototype garments combine thermal hardware with ambient and garment temperature sensing. The app supports local control and records telemetry; bench and pilot testing will determine operating limits, runtime, and future automatic-control behavior.

Workers control the prototype from the Xystis app. The telemetry path is designed to relay enrolled pilot-device data to a manager dashboard for evaluation. It is a product-development tool, not a medical or safety device.

  • Phone-controlled heating and cooling prototype
  • Wearability, noise, and durability measured during pilots
  • Runtime and operating limits validated before production claims

Configurable alerts.
Evidence for product decisions.

The pilot dashboard is designed to show enrolled devices in one place. During controlled evaluations, alert behavior and thresholds are compared with measured data; they do not replace workplace safety procedures.

  • Dashboard view for enrolled pilot devices
  • Configurable threshold alerts under evaluation
  • Pilot data to inform product and site decisions
From jacket to dashboard

Test thermal control with workers. Review pilot telemetry with managers.

Use the prototype dashboard to inspect device telemetry and evaluate alerts during a controlled pilot. It does not predict or prevent health incidents.
